Signs of a hidden leak
A leak you cannot see still shows up. The bill jumps. A closet smells like wet drywall. The meter needle creeps when every fixture is off. In Miami-Dade that often means a slab line or a supply in the wall — not a faucet you can tighten.
We start at the meter, then camera and pipe location if the house is still losing water. We do not open a wall until we know which wall.
