Prep for a plumber
- Clear under the sink or around the water heater. We bring parts; we should not need to stack your pans on the floor.
- Know when it started, what you already tried, and whether more than one fixture is slow.
- Park so a van can sit close. Miami driveways are short — leave the walkway.
- Keep pets in another room. Tell us if the shutoff has been a problem before.
