If a pipe bursts

1. Shut off the water at the house valve or the meter.
2. If water is near electrical panels or appliances, stay back and cut power at the breaker only if you can do it dry.
3. Move people and pets out of the wet room. Throw towels on the path, not on the pipe.
4. Call (786) 756-3185. Say it is a burst line. Abe will tell you whether to wait or open a window.
